Locum Tenens Opportunity: Physiatrist (PM&R) 📍 Location: Fort Collins, Colorado 🏥 Facility: 300-bed hospital | Level III Trauma Center 📅 Schedule: Wed, Thurs, Fri weekly + flexible weekend call (every 4th–7th weekend) 🕒 Shift: Day 7 AM–5 PM; Night call 5 PM–7 AM (low call volume, minimal callbacks) 👥 Group Size: 7 PM&R Physicians 💼 Practice Setting: 100% Adult Inpatient Rehabilitation Caseload & Practice Mix: • Avg. patients/day: 14 • PM&R breakdown: • Sports/Ortho Rehab: 33% • CNS Rehab: 50% • Medical Rehab: 17% Worksite Resources: • 14 exam rooms • Onsite X-ray • Epic EMR (Hospital system) • Affiliated hospital transfers common within 13–28 miles Required Procedures & Setting: • Sub-acute inpatient rehabilitation facility • Supervision of other providers not required during locum coverage Submission Requirements: • Board Certified Physiatrist (No Board Eligible) – Required • Active State Medical License – Required
